SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
This manual contains important safety information concerning the maintenance, use and opera-
tion of this product. Failure to follow the instructions contained in this manual may result in serious
injury. If you are unable to understand the contents of this manual, please bring it to the attention
of your supervisor. Do not operate this equipment unless you have read and understand the
contents of this manual.
1.- Read all the instructions.
2.- Do not allow children near the pressure cooker when it is functioning.
3.- Do not put the pressure cooker into a hot oven.
4.- Handle the pressure cooker with maximum care when it is under pressure. Do not touch the
hot surfaces. Use the grippers. If necessary, use protection
5.- Do not use the pressure cooker for any purpose for which it has not been designed.
6.- This utensil cooks under pressure. An improper use can cause burns. Make sure the cooker
is properly closed before heating it up. Consult the "instructions for use".
7.- Never force the pressure cooker open. Do not open it without making sure that the interior
pressure has completely reduced. Consult the "instructions for use".
8.- Never use your pressure cooker without adding water. That can cause serious damage.
9.- Do not fill the pressure cooker up to more than 2/3 of its capacity. When cooking food products
that expand when being cooked, like rice or dry pulses, do not fill the pressure cooker up to
more than half its capacity.
10.- Use heat sources according to what is specified in the instructions of use. They are not apt
for use with induction lights.
11.- After cooking meat with skin (e.g. ox tongue) that can swell up due to the pressure, do not
cut the meat when the skin is swollen. You run the risk of being burned.
12.- When cooking doughy food products, shake the pressure cooker gently before you open the
lid to prevent the food from overspilling.
13.- Before each use, check that the valves are not obstructed. Consult the "instructions for use".
14.- Never use the pressure cooker under pressure for frying food.
15.- Do not manipulate the safety systems more than indicated in the instructions for use.
16.-Only use components from the same manufacturer and of the corresponding model. Above
all, you must use a body and a lid that come from the same manufacturer who should indicate
that they are compatible.
17.- Always check the state of the (rubber) sealing joint.
18.- Keep these instructions.
