This manual contains important safety information concerning the maintenance, use and
operation of this product. Failure to follow the instructions contained in this manual may result in
serious injury. If you are unable to understand the contents of this manual, please bring it to the
attention of your supervisor. Do not operate this equipment unless you have read and
understand the contents of this manual

PRECAUTIONS / IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS

1.- Read all the instructions.
2.- Do not allow children near the pressure cooker when it is
functioning.
3.- Do not put the pressure cooker into a hot oven.
4.- Handle the pressure cooker with maximum care when it is
under pressure. Do not touch the hot surfaces. Use the
grippers. If necessary, use protection glooves.
5.- Do not use the pressure cooker for any purpose for which it
has not been designed.
6.- This utensil cooks under pressure. An improper use can
cause burns. Make sure the cooker is properly closed
before heating it up. Consult the "instructions for use".
7.- Never force the pressure cooker open. Do not open it
without making sure that the interior pressure has
completely reduced. Consult the "instructions for use".
8.- Never use your pressure cooker without adding water. That
can cause serious damage.
9.- Do not fill the pressure cooker up to more than 2/3 of its
capacity. When cooking food products that expand when
being cooked, like rice or dry pulses, do not fill the pressure
cooker up to more than half its capacity.
10.- Use heat sources as specified in the instructions for use.
11.- After cooking meat with skin (e.g. ox tongue) that can swell
up due to the pressure, do not cut the meat when the skin
is swollen. You run the risk of being burned.
