1.- Before putting the buffet hot plate into operation, clean it with a damp cloth.
2.- Place the appliance on a flat surface.
3.- Connect the power cable to the power outlet (9) of the appliance. Plug it into an electric socket.
4.- Place the food you want to keep warm into basins, or onto plates or trays.
5.- Place the basins, plates or trays of food onto the hot plate base (4).
6.- Turn the appliance on using the ON/OFF switch (8).
7.- Put the unit into operation.
a) Using the lamp intensity controller (5), you can control the heat emitted from each
of the lamps. Food can be held at a temperature of up to 70ºC solely by using the
top lamps.
b)
Using the temperature controller on the base (6), you can control the heat of the
hot plate base. Food can be held at a temperature of up to 85ºC solely by using the
heat from the base plate.
The LED indicator (7) will light up when the hot plate base is in operation.
c) By using both systems a and b simultaneously, the maximum temperature which
can be reached is 90ºC.

Bear in mind this appliance is for keeping food warm, not for cooking it.
8.- Switch the appliance off when you have finished using it. Set both the intensity controller and
the base hot plate controller to minimum. Turn the appliance off at the switch.

It is not recommended that the appliance operates continuously for more than 6 hours
9.- Unplug the appliance.
NOTE:
The guard (1) must be facing towards the customer.
The controls must only be managed by authorised workers at the premises.
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
1.- Always switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning. Wait until the inside is not warm.
2.- Never use chemical products or abrasives. Do not use a brush or other utensil that might harm
the different parts and surfaces.
3.- Use a damp cloth with detergent for cleaning and dry the appliance afterwards. Make sure you
clean the machine every day.
