1.- Take the machine and all its accessories out. Take off the wrapping before you use the
electrical appliance. Do not throw the wrapping away until you have checked that the
appliance functions properly.
2.- Make sure you place the appliance on a hard, flat surface. Avoid contact with excessively
hot areas or with other dangerous elements. Check that the connection wire and the power
point are in perfect condition.
3.- Make sure you have a space around the appliance of more than 30 cm on each side,
especially at the front (the user's area).
4.- Before you switch it on for the first time, clean the plate's surface, frame and handles with
soapy water and then dry them. Remember that the plate must not be submerged in water.
5.- Connect the plug to the socket according to the values indicated in this manual.
6.- Turn the temperature setting clockwise and select the desired temperature (max. 80 º C)
The heating indicator light will come on and the unit will start to heat up.
7.- The plate will keep food on plates / trays warm for a long time, but it is not recommended to
go beyond 6 or 8 hours as the food will begin to dry out and discolour and the flavour will begin
to change.
8.- Make sure to turn off the unit once you have finished using it.
9.- Disconnect unit from the power supply.
10.- Clean away any food left on the plate.
11.- Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning and storing.
