LAMP ASSEMBLY
1. Make sure that the lamp is not
plugged into an electrical outlet.
2. Thread pole (B) to base (A)
turning clockwise by hand until tight.
Pull excess cord from bottom of
base (A) as needed.
3. Thread pole (C) to pole (B)
turning clockwise by hand until tight.
4. Thread pole (D) to pole (C)
turning clockwise by hand until tight.
5. Thread Shade Assembly (E) to
pole (D) turning clockwise by hand
until tight.
6. Install bulb. See BULB
INSERTION/ REMOVAL instructions.
7. Plug the lamp into a standard
120V outlet.
8. Position the shade as desired by
flexing the neck.
CAUTION!
If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer
or its service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. Indoor use only.
