OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

TRANSPORT
The equipment can be transported by holding the
handlebars and inclining the equipment.
LEVELING
If the equipment is not level with the ground, use the
leveling feet to be able to do the leveling, rotating them in
the clockwise and anti-clockwise direction.

RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT

The resistance (exercise intensity) is controlled by the load
adjustment lever located under the handlebars. To increase
the tension, push the lever downwards. To decrease the
resistance, push the lever upwards.

the pedal. If the equipment is not in use, pull the load lever
up to the

to prevent the pedal from rotating.
SETTINGS
Proper t is critical for ef cient exercise and avoiding the risk of injury. Therefore, the
bike has several adjustment points so that the user can adapt in the best possible way
to the equipment.
ADJUSTING THE HANDLEBAR ELBOWS
Sit on the saddle and make sure your hips are not tilted to the side. Place the pedal
down as shown in the image below. Place the foot pedal. The height of the
handlebars can also be adjusted using the knob.
