Setting the boiling time:
Use the control knob to set the boiling time and preferred degree of hardness.
The symbols below serve as guide:
Soft Boiled Egg
The boiling time depends on the quantity and size of the eggs you
use. Small eggs are ready sooner than large eggs. The more eggs
you put in, the longer you must allow them to boil.
Soft-boiling 1 small egg:
- Set the control to the start of the boiling range.
Soft-boiling 1 large egg:
- Set the control to the middle boiling position.
Soft-boiling 7 small eggs:
- Set the control to middle boiling position.
Soft-boiling 7 large eggs:
- Set the control to the end of the boiling range.
Information about the correct boiling temperature:
A small setting deviation does not alter the result much. Sometimes you may
not always get the perfect results, as you can get eggs in a variety of forms,
therefore you may have to toggle the settings every now and again to get the
perfect setting. Very soon you will have found the right setting to suit your
preferred taste.
Boiling eggs:
Caution: The egg boiler must not be moved while it is in use as hot water
may spill. The appliance heats up during use. Take extra care when handling
the appliance and avoid touching the hot surfaces without appropriate safety
gloves.
