All products include a serial label which lists the product model
number and serial number. Before contacting customer service,
please have these numbers available for reference.
The warranty takes effect at the date of purchase of the product
and is valid for one year. The warranty provides you with a right of
repair but not a product exchange or return. The warranty will not
be extended even if some repairs have been made. Nuna has the
right to improve the design of the product without any obligation to
update the products manufactured previously.
