Using the removable pan handle

Using the colander

The colander can be used by itself with the pan handle or a

rotation accessory (SRS) in the 9 ½-in. (24-cm) pan.
Slide the smaller end of the colander into the pan's smaller
notch.
Then place the conical end (with the arrow) of the colander in
the pan's other notch.
WARNING: To use the rotation feature, it is necessary

to secure the colander by clipping the removable pan
handle above the end of the colander marked with an
arrow.
3 Once cooking has ended, you can empty out the water in
the pan at the same time as you drain the contents of the
colander: hold onto the pan handle and turn the pan 90°.
Thanks to its built-in SRS technology (Secured Rotation
System), the colander will remain horizontal. For a better
grip, add a handle to the other side of the pan.
