PROBLEMS
No nebulized liquid
comes out from the
device
Loss of liquid at the
base of the bell
The power button
flashes when pressed
If, after checking the above, the device does not work or in case of other problems or
changes in performance, please check the device at an authorised centre.
Do not tamper with or open the base unit of the device. For repair operations, contact
only a technical service centre authorised by the manufacturer. Failure to observe the
above provisions may compromise the safety of the device.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Absence of liquid in the
internal chamber
Button not pressed
Battery empty
The device is connected

The internal chamber,
fitted with atomiser and
external chamber, is not
well fixed to the base unit.
The atomiser is incorrectly
inserted into the internal
chamber or it is absent.
The external chamber (7)
is not well inserted and
the gasket is not sealing
The battery is empty
The device is connected
to the power supply
network for the recharge
SOLUTIONS
Pour the liquid in the
internal chamber (5)
Press the button (2)
Recharge the battery
Disconnect the power
supply adapter from the
device
Position the internal
chamber (5) on the base
unit (1), press it and rotate it
clockwise until it is blocked.
Check the presence of the
atomiser (6) in the internal
chamber (5). Remove it and
reposition it.
Insert the external chamber
(7) correctly by slightly
rotating it during the
insertion, checking that
the gasket is completely
covered
Recharge the battery
Disconnect the power
supply adapter from the
device
