Refrigerator
Operating Characteristics
Heating and excess moisture on the outer surface (wet)
The refrigerator has a heating system on the side walls near the doors to
prevent the formation of external moisture. However, in hot, humid days
(temperature above 32 °C and humidity higher than 80%) may occur
formation of water droplets on the outer surface.
Both the heating and the formation of water droplets are normal and do not
affecdt the refrigerator operation. If you want, wipe the external surface with
a soft, dry cloth.
Normal operating noises
The refrigerator can cause some noises during its normal work.
See below which these noises are and why they occur:
Wheezing: happens mainly when the door is open. It should be the
expansion of refrigerant in the cold plate (evaporator).
Noise in the compressor: the compressor works at high speed for higher
performance and lower power consumption and can generate a little noise.
Creaking in the refrigerator: cracking may occur due to cabinet normal
expansion, especially after the door closing, when a air abrupt cooling
occurs inside the refrigerator.
Heating the back
It is normal that the back part of the refrigerator had a higher temperature,
as this area is used to remove heat from the refrigerant passing through the
tubes.
Avoid contact with this area; do not use it for drying clothes, dish towels or
another use.
Door seal
When closing the doors refrigerator, a formation of internal vacuum happens,
making difficult to open it immediately. This occurrence is normal due to
perfect seal. So do not force a door opening; wait few moments before
opening it again.
