OPERATION
1. Remove the sealing cap from the compressed air inlet (2).
2. Mount the compressed air nipple (6) into the inner thread of the air inlet.
3. Put a few drops of compressed air device oil into the device via the air inlet.
4. Make sure that the trigger lever (1) is in the non-depressed position.
5. Connect the device to the compressed air source hose.
6. Start the device by pushing the trigger lever (4) down.
7. Determine the speed with the compressed air regulator (3).
8. Do not start the eccentric sander until the grinding wheel is on the surface to be sanded. Place
the eccentric sander straight on the surface and press the trigger. The weight of the eccentric
sander is sufficient for efficient sanding on horizontal surfaces. Applying additional pressure to
the eccentric sander causes poor sanding results due to a sharp drop in speed. Further
consequences of applying additional pressure are premature wear of the tool and void the
guarantee.
9. The best result is achieved by moving the machine back and forth over a large area.
Note: First lift the eccentric sander off the surface before releasing the trigger.
10. Start sanding with a coarse grit to remove large unevenness and continue with finer and finer grit
until you reach the desired surface.

Flush and lubricate tool, drain air tank and supply line
Increase line pressure, make sure compressor matches
tool's air pressure and consumption needs
Use teflon tape at all fittings and joints.
Check tool for worn or damaged o-rings & seals.
Replace as necessary
Be sure you are using a tool suited for the sanding
requirements of the job at hand.
