BATTERY USE
• To prevent excessive discharge of your vehicle's battery, we recommend operating the inverter with
the engine running.
• If you connect the equipment directly to the battery terminals, it is important that you connect with
the correct polarity (Connect the inverter's RED to the + battery terminal and connect the inverter's
BLACK to - the battery's terminal), otherwise the equipment will be damaged.
• Never operate the inverter and the battery in, or near water.
SAFETY CAUTIONS DCU
• This equipment must be installed by qualified personnel, in case of error in the connection, the
equipment may be unusable.
• Do not open the inverter housing. The high voltage inside the unit is the same type of power as our
electrical outlets in the home.
• Do not allow the cable of the inverter or the cable of any device to get wet.
• Do not operate the inverter in or near water. The voltage of the unit creates a risk of electric shock if
operated in humid conditions.
• Do not connect the inverter directly to another AC power source through the power outlet plugs of
the equipment.
• Make at least 5cm of free space around the inverter for proper ventilation.
• If you install the inverter in a vehicle, you must fix the equipment well to prevent it from moving
while the vehicle is moving.
• If you detect any problem with the inverter, disconnect all power.
