Troubleshooting

Problem
No access to the display
through the SDC3
The EDAM LED shines
solid red
The EDAM LED is off
The EDAM LED flashes red
Solution
Make sure that the EDAM is connected to the SDC3 and the
display� See the Setup and Interconnection section of this
manual for details�
If the EDAM is connected, and the problem continues, see the
solutions below�
Follow these steps:
• Power off the display with the hard power switch
• Makes sure the DB-9 cable is connected to the Display and
the EDAM
• Power on the display
Follow these steps:
• Power off the SDC3
• Make sure that the USB-A to USB-B cable is connected to
the EDAM and the SDC3 "Devices" port
• Power on the SDC3
