1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch off the appliance and remove the
plug from the main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down
before cleaning.
To clean the exterior of the product, use a dry soft cloth only.
The cavity must be cleaned immediately after use.
The equipment door must be left open after cooking for the water
vapor to evaporate completely, to ensure that the inside of the oven
is dry instead of damp. If the door is closed after use, water vapor is
kept in the cavity. And after some time of use, the cavity will have
an oxidized and bleached appearance, and with normal use of the
equipment, there will be wear and tear in the cavity, and consequently
damage to the zinc coating generating rust.
1.5. General Precautions
• Please follow the instructions in the user manual which will help you
to properly install and operate this product and enjoy its advanced
features. Please keep the instructions for future reference.
• Read all instructions before using the product.
• Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried out by
authorized professionals.
• Any damage caused by manual modifications to the product is not
covered by the warranty.
• If this product is used for other purposes than the ones originally
intended, or if it is not correctly connected, the product may become
damaged and the warranty will be voided.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs instead.
• To avoid the risk of an electrical shock, do not immerse the cord,
plugs or cooking unit in water or other liquids.

• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
by or near children.
• Unplug the unit from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning
it. Allow the unit to cool down before putting parts on or taking them
off and before cleaning the appliance.
• The use of accessory attachments, not recommended or sold by the
appliance manufacturer, may cause hazards.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge of a table or counter,
or touch hot surfaces.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated
oven.
• Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance
containing hot oil or other hot substances.
• To disconnect the unit, remove the plug from the outlet.
• Do not use this appliance for other purposes than its intended use.
• This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an
external timer or separate remote-control system.
• Please note that this appliance is for household use only.
• A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards
resulting from entanglement or tripping over a long cord. In addition,
an extension cord may also be used with care. However, the marked
electrical rating should be at least as great as the electrical rating of
this appliance. The extension cord should not be allowed to drape
