BeFOre starting
The machine is supplied with some parts that have not been as-
sembled. Unpack the machine and its parts, which can be easily
assembled by following the instructions given in the attached sheet.
While assembling the parts, the power cable must be disconnected
from the power supply. Before starting the machine make sure that
all parts are securely assembled.

WHeels
If not already installed you must install the wheels (11) in the body
of the machine (Fig.M). Depending on the type insert or screw the
wheels on the shaft/thread and secure it with split pin, nut... Make
sure that they can freely rotate and put the cap on each wheel.
tHe HandgriP
The instructions below explain how to mount the handgrip, refer to
figure C.

- Fit the bottom section of the handgrip in place on the body using
the fastener provided in the kit bag.
- Take the top handgrip and position it on the bottom section of the
handgrip so that the fastening holes are aligned and then tighten
the fastening system on the top handgrip.
Pre-assembled handgrip.
- Move the upper handgrip to the correct position and tighten the
handwheels.
Take the switch unit and spread out the two mobile parts. Fit them
onto the top handgrip, inserting the pins in the holes on the handgrip.
Tightly press the two parts around the handle and tighten the screws.
Use the cable clips in the kit bag to fasten the cable connecting the
motor to the switch along the handgrip.
Plastic grass cOllectiOn BOX
Fit the two shells of the grassbox together as shown in figure D.
If the two parts of the grassbox are identical, the handle is made by
slicing off the stub found on the edge of the open end of the shell,
then fit it onto the other shell as shown in the drawing. The two pieces
can now be joined.
Warning! Before mounting the grassbox on the machine make
sure that the motor is switched off and the blade is stationary. lift
the stone guard and fasten the grassbox onto the hooks on the
body (if any).

Each model of mower may have one of the following different systems
for adjusting the cutting height. Please refer to the sheet attached.

Unscrew a wheel using the hand grip as shown in Figure E. Select
the cutting height by moving and screwing the wheel back on through
one of the available holes. Repeat the operation for the remaining
wheels, taking care to keep the same cutting height for all 4 wheels.
- HeigHt adJustMent WitH sPring lOcK
Tip the mower over and pull the front wheel axle out of its slot. Set it
in the new position according to the height the grass needs cutting,
making sure that the axle is firmly in place. The locking spring will
keep the axle in place. The same should be done for the back axle.
- cOntinuOus adJustMent
Turn the handwheel in the "+" direction to increase the cutting height
or towards "-" to reduce it (as indicated on the body) until the required
cutting height is obtained, as indicated on the pointer.
tally, the switch unit has been equipped with a safety button that
must be pressed before pulling the starting lever. try pressing the
button a few times and you will notice that the switch makes a
small click. When the lever is released, the button should return
to its original position.
- Fasten the extension cord to the special hook provided.
- Plug the extension cord into the switch unit.
- Press the safety button and pull the lever.
Repeat this operation a few times before starting to mow the lawn to
make sure that everything is working properly.
To switch off the machine, release the start lever.
