4.3.4.
Hygrometry fault (compressed air mode only)
The hygrometry fault is masked for 30 seconds after powering on to let the probe stabilize.
A hygrometry fault is characterized by the exceeding of the hygrometry threshold.
With per‐line hygrometry management:
On shutdown this fault is not taken into account. Each line has a hygrometry fault masking time capital that equals
the "top‐up time".
If a fault occurs while a line is in operation, the masking time of this line will be reduced by the amount of time it
operates with the fault. Once the masking time capital has been used up, the line in question enters fault mode
and is inhibited:
The "hygrometry fault" indicator
The "motor fault" indicator
of the motor(s) concerned flashes slowly.
The "alarm synthesis" relay and the buzzer are activated.
When the fault disappears the hygrometry indicator
light continues flashing slowly.
This fault is stored and can be displayed by pressing the
If one line (one motor) is in "hygrometry fault" condition, the next line starts up immediately.
If all the lines are inhibited by a hygrometry fault, then they will all be enabled to ensure the production of air while
continuing to signal the hygrometry fault.
The masking time capital is reset in the event of:
‐ cutting off of the CYCLIC 2020 power supply,
‐ clearing of the faults,
‐ faults being masked for 18 hours.
Note: pressing the
and
keys for 2 seconds enables the hygrometry fault to be masked for 18 hours. The
°C LED flashes during this masking period.

goes off but the "motor fault"
key (LED on).
With independent hygrometry management:
A hygrometry fault on a motor is characterized by the exceeding of the hygrometry threshold for a period of 60
seconds.
As soon as a hygrometry fault occurs, the "In‐service / backup air treatment unit" on/off output switches over. If
the fault persists or disappears, the output remains in this state, even if a switching request occurs (pulse on the
"air treatment switching" on/off input). It only changes state if the fault is cleared. One of the red indicator lights (A
or B) indicates the fault air treatment unit (slow flashing).
The "alarm synthesis" relay and the buzzer are activated.
This alarm has no effect on the motors.
If the fault persists for longer than (30 minutes + 60 seconds), the second air treatment unit is also considered to be
in fault condition. The second red light (B or A) flashes.
The "alarm synthesis" relay and the buzzer are activated.
The on/off output remains unchanged.
Pressing the
key displays the air treatment unit in service, the green display indicates "A" or "b" when
the hygrometry temperature is displayed.
Switching of air treatment units: when a pulse is applied to the "air treatment unit switching" on/off input, the "in‐
service / backup air treatment unit" on/off output switches over (if it can).
A 30‐minute timeout begins, during which the hygrometry fault is not taken into account. The "°C" LED flashes
during this masking period. The red display segment indicates the hygrometry temperature value and the "°C" LED
is on. The green digit indicates "A" or "b" for 3 seconds (flashing), corresponding to the air treatment unit currently
in service. Then the green digit displays "b" or "A" for 3 seconds (flashing) to indicate the new air treatment unit in
service. The buzzer sounds during the 6 seconds of display.
Note: air treatment unit automatic switching can be controlled by an external clock. Consult us.
4.3.5.
Control pressure fault / air cylinders activation threshold / air cylinder frame pressure /
network low pressure / network high pressure
Whatever the type of pressure faults (see definitions in section 2‐3), its effect is the same:
When the "pressure fault" indicator
buzzer are activated.
The "alarm synthesis" relay and the buzzer are deactivated as soon as the fault disappears (the pressure must rise
to the fault threshold + hysteresis).
This fault is stored and can be displayed by pressing the
This alarm has no effect on the motors.
Note: In vacuum mode, exceeding the "network high pressure contact" threshold does not trigger an alarm, but the
"network high pressure contact" relay is active (there is a 1‐second delay before it is taken into account. The relay
opens when the pressure falls below the threshold ‐ hysteresis.
Note: the cylinders pressure fault is managed if the parameter "P" is different from 0.
is on steady or flashes, the "alarm synthesis" relay and the
key (LED on).
