CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
After each use, turn off the power and unplug the unit. Let it to cool before
cleaning.
Warning: Never immerse the unit or its cord in water or other liquids.
Danger of electric shock.
Wipe the cooktop surface with a soft cloth. If necessary, you can use a cleaner
specific to induction hobs.
Warning: Never use abrasive or flammable cleaners to clean the cooktop.
Store the appliance in a dry place.

Failures

Is the utensil empty or is
the temperature too high?
Is the fan grill obstructed?
Has the cooktop been
running for more than 2
hours without instructions?
E0: no utensil or cooking
utensil not suitable for
induction hobs
E1: IGBT sensor
open/short circuit
Solutions
Reconnect after power is
restored.
Check the causes of the power
outage.
If the problem persists, contact
the distributor's after-sales
service.
Use an utensil that is suitable for
induction hobs.
Centre the utensil on the
cooking area without removing
it.

Check that the utensil is being
used correctly.
Remove anything that may be
obstructing the fan grill.
Reset the cooking mode or
timer.
The plate will operate again as
soon as it has cooled down.
If error signals E0, E2 and E6
are displayed, check whether the
cookware is suitable for
induction hobs or restart the
appliance after it has cooled
down naturally.
