controls on the minimum setting, then set the heat to the desired temperature using the
controls.
Switching off
Turn the cooking temperature controls to the minimum position and disconnect the
appliance.
Use
Before the first use, the stainless steel back and the removable grill(s) must be washed
with soapy water. We also recommend rinsing the aluminium drip tray with clean water.
The electric grill must be used with its stainless steel back. The backsplash helps cooking
waste to flow into the collector and protects against fat spray.
Preheat the electric grill for 15 minutes by setting it to the desired cooking temperature.
Using the tongs included in the Barbecue set and some oil, lightly grease the cooking grill
before placing any food on it to cook it.
During cooking, do not touch the sides of the appliance.
Place the food on the grill and cook it to your liking. Cooking times may vary according to
taste and food. The cooking temperatures below are given for information only.
