- 20g of fresh yeast
- A pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
- Whisk the egg yolks with a whisk.
- Then add the milk and the fresh yeast. Beat with
the whisk until the yeast has dissolved.
- Pour the lukewarm water into the batter.
- Sift the flour, then into the mixing bowl, and stir
with the whisk until the batter is free of lumps.
- Put the measured quantity of butter in a sauce-
pan. Let it melt on low heat.
- Pour the melted butter to the batter and stir in
the meantime with the whisk.
- Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam.
- Fold in the whipped egg whites into the batter.
- Finally, sprinkle a pincj of salt in the batter and
fold gently one last time.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE
APPLIANCE:
- Select the minimum position (MIN) using the
thermostat control.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains.
- Clean the appliance.
CLEANING
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and
allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning
task.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a
few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or
base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products,
for cleaning the appliance.
- Never submerge the appliance in water or any
other liquid or place it under running water.
- It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly
and remove any food remains.
- If the appliance is not in good condition of clean-
liness, its surface may degrade and inexorably
affect the duration of the appliance's useful life
and could become unsafe to use.
