If necessary, restore the appliance to its factory default settings or select a new
image.
Important - If you restore factory defaults or select a new image, all
information on the appliance is deleted.
Restoring With the WebUI
Use the Gaia WebUI to restore the appliance to the factory default settings. You can
select one of the software images on the appliance.
To restore a Gaia appliance with the WebUI:
1. Open an Internet browser to the management IP address:
https:// <appliance_ip_address>
2. Log in to the WebUI of the appliance with the administrator username and
password.
3. In the WebUI, click Maintenance > Factory Defaults.
The Factory Defaults window opens.
4. Select the image version to restore.
5. Click Apply.
