Watch for the blue light performance. If it flashes 3 times, it means that the batteries are charged. If the blue light is continuous, you should

Remove the batteries holder and replace the batteries (follow steps 10 and 14, page 3).

Screw the nozzle to the tank, fill the tank with foam soap, close

the tank lid and mount it back to the dispenser.
