• Refer to photos of the components (sections A-E) and of the mounting kits
(section F).
• BEFORE ANY OPERATION, SWITCH THE PRESSURE SWITCH TO
"OFF", DISCONNECT THE PLUG AND FULLY EMPTY OUT THE TANK.
5.1
FILTER CLEANING / FILTERING ELEMENT REPLACEMENT
• Proceed to disassemble the the front panel (fig. 21).
• Clean the suction filter (6) depending on environmental conditions, and in
any case at least every 100 hours. Replace it if necessary (a clogged filter
determines weaker performance, while if ineffective, causes greater wear
on the compressor (fig. 22).
• Upon completion of maintenance, refit the front panel C4 (fig. 26).
5.2
OIL REPLACEMENT
• Proceed to disassemble the the front panel (fig. 21).
Refer to
the instruction manual of the compressor for the type of
replacement oil to use.
• Replace the oil.
• Tighten the plug (6) when refitting the panel (fig. 23), making sure that
there are no leaks during use. Weekly check the oil level to ensure proper
lubrication over time.
• Upon completion of maintenance, refit the front panel C4 (fig. 26).
Both oil and condensate MUST BE DISPOSED of in accordance with
environmental protection standards and laws in force.

Require the help of a qualified electrician for operations on electric components (cables, motor, pressure switch, electrical panel, etc.).
REFER TO THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL OF THE COMPRESSOR FOR INTERVENTIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT AS A RESULT OF POSSIBLE
ANOMALIES.
Any other intervention must be performed by authorized service centers, requesting original spare parts. Tampering with the machine may impair
safety and invalidate its warranty.
5.3
REPLACING THE COOLING FAN FUSES
• Proceed to disassemble the the front panel (fig. 21).
• Provvedere alla sostituzione dei fusibili, dopo aver svitato il coperchio della
cassettina elettrica D1/D2 (fig. 24).
• Al termine dell'operazione di manutenzione, rimontare il pannello frontale
C4 (fig. 26).
5.4
BELT TENSION CONTROL
• Periodically check the tension of the belts, which must flex (f) by
approximately 1 cm (fig. 15).
• Proceed to disassemble the the front panel (fig. 21).
• Proceed to disassemble the retrofit panel, or loosen the screws and move
it backward (figg. 25).
• Check the belt tension.
• Upon completion of maintenance, refit the retrofit panel C5 and front panel
C4 (fig. 26).
The compressor must be disposed of according to the appropriate
procedure required by local regulations
