COOK MENU
In the following cooking mode, it is not necessary to program the time and the cooking
power. It is sufficient to indicate the type of food that you want to cook as well as the
weight of this food.
1. In waiting mode, open the door, place the food into the oven and close it.
2. Rotate the Menu/Time dial in the anti-clockwise direction once and turn it again
to select the food code.
3. Press the Clock/Weight button to enter the weight, check the screen for the
number of servings or preset weights, which should match the weight of the food
you have placed in the oven.
4. Press the Menu/Time dial to start.

Notes:
1. The user is required to set the weight and the oven will then set the cooking
time automatically.
2. For food code A-7, the oven beeps multiple times during cooking, and the
cooking process is paused, to remind you to turn food over. Cooking can then be
resumed by pressing the Menu/Time dial.

Recommendations
Boil wash and peel the
potatoes, cut them in half and
place in a glass container with
a lid. Add 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2
tablespoons) of water. Stir
and let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
(It is advisable to use small
sweet potatoes)
Mix yogurt with 1000 ml
of milk with some margin
expiration date. Pass evenly
to a large glass container.
Cover with plastic wrap and
place it on the rotating plate
of the microwave. Let it cool
in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
