Troubleshooting

Possible Cause

pliance might interfere with the pictures
and sound of special frequencies.
Defect wall socket.
There was a power failure.
The door is not properly closed.
The START button was not pressed
after selecting the function.
The child-proof lock is activated. The
display shows " ".
The display shows the current time. The
" " symbol will flash.
There are dirt or foreign objects in the
area of the turntable shaft.
The appliance is defect.
Notes / Solution
This is normal and not a malfunction. Position the appliances
further away from each other.
Try another wall socket.
Check the main fuse in your household.
Set the clock again.
Check if there are objects or food remains jammed in the door.
Press the START button to start or continue operation. Press the
STOP / CANCEL button to cancel the program.
Press and hold the STOP / CANCEL button for 3 seconds to
unlock the appliance. You will hear a signal tone.
An automatic start mode is programmed. You can see the
start time by pressing the TIMER / CLOCK button. Press the
STOP / CANCEL- button to cancel the program.
Remove possible objects and food remains as described under
"Cleaning".
