Connection diagram for Push Pull torch
with potentiometer (10 KΩ)
1 - Choice of setting (speed or arc height)
2 - Orange LED (arc height)
3 - Green LED (speed)
4 - Increment (speed or arc according to button 2)
5 - Decrement (speed or arc according to button 2)
• Spool Gun torch* (4m : ref. 041486)
The Spool Gun torch is connected to the connector (I - 13).
This torch can be used only in synergic, standard and manual mode.
- In manual mode, the knob to adjust the wire speed is on the torch (adjustment cannot be done on the machine).
- In synergic mode, the adjusting knob enables to amend the wire speed between 50% to 100% of the interface value.
The detection of the Push-Pull torch is made by a simple press on the trigger.

1- Button opening/closing casing

2- Reel tightening nut
3- Reel break nut (do not tighten too much)
4- Adjsutment screw for rollers tension
5- Adjustment knob for speed wire
- Open the case (1), remove the support nut (2).
- Untighten the reel brake nut (3).
- Insert your reel.
- To insert the wire in the rollers, put a tension on the «adjustment screw for rollers
tension (4)»
- Remove the torch wire by reeling the reel.
