Troubleshooting
If there are any problems during operation, please refer to the following table. If problems cannot
be solved as indicated under Solution, please contact your manufacturer.
Problem / error code
The LED does not come
on when unit is plugged
in. /E1/E7/E8
The Cooking Mode
Indicator comes on, but
heating does not start.
/E3/E6
Heating stops suddenly
during operation and hear
a beep every second.
E2/E4/E5/EB
Noise during operation
Because of the induction technology, following noises can be occurred during operation:
Noise
Humming
Crackle
Fan noise

Possible causes
No power supplied
High temperature of
the hob.
There is something
wrong with the fan
Pan Type is wrong.
Pot diameter is too small.
Failure Of The
temperature sensor
Meaning
Caused by induction and increase when the power is set on higher level.
Caused by vibration of the cookware bottom during heating
The fan protect the product of overheating. The noise increase with power
level. After turn off the product, the fan will still operate for some minutes
to cool down the product.
Solution
• Check to see if plug is secured tightly in
outlet and that outlet is working.
• Ambient temperature may be too high.
Air Intake or Air Vent may be blocked.
• Check whether the fan runs smoothly
• Use the proper pot
(refer to the instruction manual.)
• Switch off the product and contact the
authorized service.
