to the same length as the one you have
just removed.
6. Feed the new Wire Liner into all the way
into the Gun Cable.
Note: It is very important to keep the Gun
Cable as straight as possible to avoid inter-
nal damaging to the Gun Cable when insert-
ing the new Wire Liner.
7. Replace the brass fitting at the end of the
Gun Connector and tighten with a 12 mil-
limeter wrench.
8. Insert the Gun Connector into the port of
the front of the welder and hand tighten
the threaded end.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Except for internal and external cleaning,
cleaning the nozzle, and occasionally
retightening screws, there is no periodic
maintenance recommended for your welder.
