POWERING YOUR TRANSCEND
Your Transcend comes with a Multi-plug Universal AC
Power Supply set that is used with a wall power
outlet. The power supply can be used worldwide with
the included exchangeable plug adaptors. Do not use
a power converter with your Transcend as it may
damage the device.
To use the Multi-plug Universal AC Power Supply:
1. The Multi-plug Universal AC Power Supply
comes with several plug blades for global use
(Image 1). If the correct plug blade is not already
attached to the power supply, depress the
button on the plug blade and turn the plug blade
counterclockwise until it releases from the
power supply.
2. To attach the desired plug blade, line up the
protruding tabs on the inside of the plug blade
with the slots on the power supply and gently
push the tabs into the slots. Turn clockwise until
the blade clicks into place.
3. Insert the barrel connector of the power supply
into the power jack on the back side of the
device (image 2). Be sure the cord is facing
upward when connected to the device.
4. Connect the wall mount power supply plug to a
wall power outlet.
5. The control panel of the Transcend EZEX has
green and yellow LED indicator lights. When power is supplied to the CPAP, the yellow LED light
will flash once followed by three quick flashes of the green LED light. This sequence indicates
power is being supplied to the device and that it has successfully entered Standby mode.
Your Transcend EZEX can also be powered by the optional Transcend Mobile Power Adaptor or
Transcend Battery Systems.
