STEPS COMMON TO ALL TYPES OF STORAGE CYLINDER
− Insert the threaded pin (3), keeping the thread exposed
for 20 mm
− Fit the bracket (4), holding it in an inclined (not vertical)
position to facilitate access to the terminal board of the
element

− Make the electrical connections between the thermostat
and the element described in the paragraph "Electrical
connections".

Make sure the terminal lugs and nuts are securely fastened.
− Make the remaining electrical connections from the ther-
mostat to the mains power supply (see paragraph "Elec-
trical connections").
− Fit the flexible insulation (5)
− Fasten the cover (6) of the element with the screws (7)
and fit the thermostat temperature setting dial (8)

− Use the cover opening (9) to make the heating element
power wiring come out as shown in the figure.

Complete assembly and then prepare the storage cylinder for
operation as described in the paragraph "Putting into service".
