USB charger plug (not included in the scope of delivery)
1. Connect the micro USB cable of the charger adapter cable 12 to the micro USB
port 2.
2. Connect the other end of the micro USB cable to a USB port on your computer
or to a USB charger plug.
3. Connect the USB charger plug to a properly installed power outlet.
The LEDs of the charge level indicator flash and indicate the charge status during
the charging process.
Once all the LEDs light up constantly, the battery pack is fully charged. The
charging cable then has to be disconnected from the mains power.
The battery pack cannot be charged while an electronic device is being
charged by the battery pack at the same time.
5.3 | Checking the charge status of the battery pack
The four LEDs of the charge level indicator 7 indicate the remaining charge
level of the battery pack. When you press the function key 1, the charge level is
displayed for a few seconds. While you are charging a device, the LEDs indicate
the remaining charge level of the battery pack.

3. On completion of the charging process, disconnect the device being charged
from the multi adapter.

6.2 | Using the jump start booster as a jump starter

WARNING!
Risk of fire electric shock and fire!
Incorrect use of the jump start cable increases the risk of elec-
tric shock and fire.
• Always wear suitable work clothing, protective gloves and
protective goggles when you work on a vehicle battery.
• Remove metallic objects (e.g. rings, watches, necklaces)
before the jump starting process.
• Never connect the black cable to fuel lines, injection systems
or similar parts which come into contact with fuel.
• Do not allow the contacts of the terminals to come into
contact with each other as there is otherwise a risk of a short
circuit.
The battery pack should always be fully charged before it is used as a jump
starter so that the best possible jump start power can be provided.
The battery pack must not be used as a jump starter if less than 4 LEDs of the
charge level indicator 7 are lit.
1. Switch off the ignition and all consumers on the vehicle.
2. If the vehicle has a manual transmission, put the shift lever in neutral. If the
vehicle has an automatic transmission, set the automatic selector lever to the
park position.
3. Connect the red cable of the battery clip cable 8 to the positive terminal (red)
on the vehicle battery. Connect the black cable to the ground point on the
motor or a conductive metal part on the motor (see Fig. C). This part must
not be a moving part. On some vehicles a suitable jump start connection is
provided.
4. Remove the protective cover from the battery clip cable port 6.
5. Connect the starter cable completely to the battery clip cable port. The battery
clip cable must be firmly connected to the battery clip cable port. If the "Start"
and "Error" LEDs flash red and green alternately, everything is OK. If only the
"Error" LED lights up in red after approximately 3 seconds, the voltage of the
battery pack is too low and it will need to be recharged. If only the "Start" LED
lights up green after approximately 3 seconds, the battery pack is ready.
