Store the battery pack and the accessories in the storage bag 12 at a
temperature of between -10°C and +60°C and relative air humidity of 0-99% (non-
condensing).

9 | Troubleshooting

In the event of a fault occuring, try to resolve it with the following measures first
of all:
Fault
The battery pack does not
switch on, the LED lamp 5
does not work and devices
cannot be charged.
It is not possible to perform a
jump start.
The charging cable beeps

Possible causes and remedy
The internal rechargeable battery is
discharged.
− Charge the rechargeable battery
completely.
The battery pack is not connected
correctly.
− Check the connection with the
vehicle. All the contact points
must be clean and the battery
clip cable 8 must be connected
correctly.
− The battery pack is not fully charged
− The device does not reach its full
jump start capacity until it has been
discharged/charged three times.
− The current consumption or starting
of the vehicle is too high
− The charging cable is overloaded
− Disconnect the cables from the
battery pack and the battery
terminals
