4.3. Lubrication and exchange of carbon brushes

External lubrication of the SDS Plus chuck attachment by means of special grease (see
page 66) should be performed frequently. Use only the grease recommended by PECOL
that is specific to this power tool; mixing different lubricants can permanently damage
the equipment. The internal lubrication and carbon brush of this machine are intended
to last for long periods of operation. This lubrication should also be made with a specific
mass and should only be checked when changing the carbon brushes or if you notice
a drop in machine performance accompanied by an overheating. If it is necessary to
change the carbon brushes or perform internal lubrication according to the diagnosis
in the Troubleshooting Chart, refer the power tool to the PECOL Technical Assistance
Service for proper replacement and revision.

4.4. Removal of protective ring and docking cleaning

The lubrication of the SDS Plus chuck docking should be frequently lubricated by special
grease applied at the time of installation of the tool (page 57). Use only the grease
