Possible causes
− Not enough oil.
− Dirty oil is blocking
the release valve.
− Release screw
not fully closed.
− Release screw is not
fully open.
− Too much oil is in the
oil cylinder.
− Dirty oil is blocking
the release valve.
− Cracked or bent
parts from falling or
other impacts.
− The cylinder or seals
may be broken.
− Moving parts of the
jack are not fully
lubricated.
− The cylinder is
broken.
Solution
− Refi ll oil (see chapter
"Maintenance, service,
and inspection").
− Change the oil (see
chapter "Maintenance,
service, and inspection").
− Fully close the release
