BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE

Before taking your ice cream maker into operation for the first time, we rec-
ommend to rinse all removable parts – except the compressor casing (4) –
in warm water.
2.
Wipe the casing and slot for the ice cream bowl with a damp, well-wrung
cloth.
3.
Place the appliance on a dry, level work surface.
4.
Due to storage and transport, the lubricant for the mixer drive may become
viscous in individual cases. If the mixer does not rotate automatically dur-
ing operation or after a longer break, please press the mixer firmly into the
ice container and turn it clockwise by hand a few times. A smooth opera-
tion is usually possible then. Otherwise, please contact our customer ser-
vice department.

DESCRIPTION OF BUTTONS

Time +
Menu
Power
(On/Off)
"Mix & Freeze", "Freeze" or only "Mix". When you press this button during op-
eration, the appliance returns to the initial mode.
Button "Time +"
This button extends the time in 1-minute-steps. When you keep pressing this
button, the time passes continuously.
Button "Time –"
This button shortens the time in 1-minute-steps. When you keep pressing this
button, the time passes continuously. The minimum time for preparation is
5 minutes. It is not possible to set the preparation time to less than 5 minutes.

Button "Power"
When the plug is in the power sock-
et, the appliance is in the stand-by-
mode. The display shows "00". Press
the button in order to turn on the appli-
ance. The display lights up and shows
Time -
"00:00". In order to turn off the appli-
ance during operation, press this but-
Start/Pause
ton as well.
Button "Menu"
With this button, you choose between
the three preparation programmes
