ENGLISH
For drilling the required depth, insert the
depth gauge into the provided boring in the
handel and fasten it at the required drilling
depth.
Turn changeover lever to symbol
percussion drilling.
Turn the switch to position
in metal, plastic, and wood, and for
screwdriving.
The gears can be changed when the
machine is switched off or is running under
no load.
Gear change lever in position 1: 1st gear
Gear change lever in position 2: 2nd gear
Select direction of rotation with reversing
lever.
Due to a lockout mechanism, the reversing
lever can only be switched when the
On-/off switch is not depressed.
Only change direction of rotation when the
machine has stopped.
Set operating speed
with the dial.
A = lowest speed . . . . .
F = highest speed . . . .
The speed can be controlled in infinitely variable steps up to the speed preselected
at the speed dial, according to the finger pressure on the On-/off switch.
The whole travel of the On-/off switch is available even if the lowest speed is
preselected, since the speed is electronically limited. This means that the lower the
speed selected at the adjuster wheel, the more sensitively pressure can be applied
at the On-/off switch.
During continuous operation with switch locked in the position the machine will run at
the pre–selected speed.
Under the effect of extreme electromagnetic interferences from the outside,
tempo–rary variations in the speed of rotation could arise in particular cases.
