This owner's manual provides you with the information required
to safely own and operate your product. Retain this manual for

SAFETY GUIDELINES
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, connect only to a properly
grounded, grounding-type receptacle.
The National Electric Code and many local building codes require
the use of a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) on the branch
circuit supplying fountain equipment rated above 15 volts.
Do not use an extension cord to supply power to the transformer
for outdoor installations.
Always disconnect the electrical power and remove the light from
the water before attempting any maintenance.
This light has not been investigated for swimming pool or spa
use.
1. Push the 12V power cord into one of the bottom slots on one of
the mounting stand halves.
2. Leave about 3 inches of power cord between the bottom slot
and the EggLite . This will allow the light to rotate.

3. Snap the mounting stand halves together, enclosing the power
cord.
4. Attach the magnet base to the mounting stand using the stainless
steel screw and nut, turning the magnet to tighten the
assembly.
5. Push the EggLite into the mounting stand and adjust it to the

desired angle.
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
WARNING: Keep the transformer and all connections as dry as
possible. They are not submersible.

NOTE: Halogen bulbs last about 3,000 hours. Check each
EggLite® to ensure that all the front lenses are flat with the front
lip of the rubber egg.
1. Submerse the light.
2. Plug the transformer into a 120-volt outlet.
AND
3. Check to ensure that all the EggLites
fountain basin with water.
CHANGING BuLBS oR CoLoR DISKS
1. unplug the transformer from the power outlet.
2. Remove the EggLite
from the EggLite
3. To change bulb:
a. Remove the existing bulb.
b. Align the pins of a new halogen bulb with the holes in the
socket.
c. Gently press the new bulb into place, taking care not to use
excessive force. Turn the bulb around if it does not fit easily.
4. To change the color disk:
a. Remove the existing color disk from the lens.
b. Insert a new color disk into the lens.
5. Holding the EggLite
lens and disk into the rubber egg.
6. Replace the front lens by tilting it into one side of the rubber lip and
squeezing the lip over the other side.
7. To provide a good water seal, make sure the front lens is flush with
the front lip of the rubber egg.
8. Place the EggLite
to the power outlet.
