Connect the support tube (#22) to the rear support tube (#27). Use nuts
(#4), flat washers (#5) and hexagonal screws (#28) to secure. Connect the
base support tube (#23) to the main frame (#26). Use nuts (#4), flat washers
(#5) and hexagonal screws (#28) to fix it.
Connect the left support tube (#24) and the right support tube (#11) to the
base support tube. Use nuts (#4), flat washers (#5) and hexagonal crews
(#14).
