Situation or Problem
Indicate: start up and shutdown, small
and big blade mouth switch.
Indicate: is charging or shear is not
connected well, please check if the
nuts at both ends of the shear and bat-
tery is connected firmly.
Indicate: open hall signal of stroke pla-
te faults. Send the shear to Customer
Assistance.
Indicate: closed hall signal of stroke
plate faults. Send the shear to Custo-
mer Assistance.
The battery is used up. Please charge
the battery soon.
The scissor has worked for 100,000 ti-
mes already. Please remove the front
cover, blade, pin, lead screw and
re-grease the connection joints.
Scissor has worked for 500,000 times,
and it should be inspected and main-
tained fully. Please contact your local
dealer for servicing.
