PROBLEM
Engine hard to start
Engine lacks power

CAUSE
Water in gasoline.
Weak spark at spark plug.
Recoil starter rope is difficult to pull.
Dirty air filter.
Dirty fuel filter.
Lubricant level is too high or too low.
Air in line causing idle down feature to per-
form incorrectly.
Idle down cable is disconnected.
Detergent injection hose is not properly
submerged.
High pressure nozzle attached.
Injection hose is clogged/kinked.
Chemical injector is clogged.
Low pressure nozzle installed.
Inadequate water supply.
Trigger handle leaks.
Nozzle is clogged.
Pump is faulty.
Air in line.
Water inlet clogged.
Water supply is restricted.
Not enough inlet water.
Wrong nozzle attached.
Not enough power.
Water pressure is present in hose.

SOLUTION
Drain entire system and refill with fresh fuel.
Contact authorized service center.
Pull trigger to release water pressure.
Clean or replace air filter.
Contact authorized service center.
Add or drain lubricant as needed until the
proper level is reached.
With engine off, squeeze trigger until water
comes out to remove air from line.
Contact authorized service center.
Insert injection hose into detergent container.
Use Soap Blaster™ Nozzle to apply detergent.
Remove or replace injection hose.
Clean or replace injector.
Replace with high pressure nozzle.
Provide adequate water flow.
Check connections and/or replace trigger
wand.
Clean nozzle.
Contact authorized service center.
Squeeze trigger on trigger handle to remove
air from line.
Clean inlet screen.
Replace with 3/4 in. garden hose.
Check garden hose for kinks, leaks, or block-
ages; clean inlet screen.
Open water source full force.
Attach high pressure nozzle.
Increase engine speed.
Pull trigger to release water pressure.
