Perfil de ejercicio y programa de objetivos
La consola le permite seleccionar el programa de perfil y el tipo de objetivo para sus sesiones de ejercicio (distancia,
tiempo o calorías) y establecer el valor de objetivo.
HIIT/SPEED:
Nota: En algunos programas de perfiles, el objetivo no se puede ajustar (por ejemplo: el ejercicio 5K Pacer tiene un
objetivo de distancia de 5K).
1. Sitúese en las plataformas de apoyo laterales para los pies.
