BOTH TYRE FITTING AND REMOVAL MUST BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE CHUCKING TABLE TURNING
CLOCKWISE. TURN THE CHUCKING TABLE ANTICLOCKWISE ONLY IF ADJUSTMENTS ARE REQUIRED.
4.8.1 Version with pneumatic balancing (on demand)
On the automatic column a handle equipped with a pneumatic control is housed to allow the locking/unlocking and
the motion of the vertical arm.
Pushing the pushbutton located on this handle (Fig.L) the following operations can be carried out:
1° tripping: vertical arm descent;
2° tripping: locking of the vertical and horizontal arm in working position;
3° tripping: unlocking of vertical and horizontal arm and rise of vertical arm in rest position (all upward).
4.8.1.1 Tyre removal
After clamping the wheel, the tyre is demounted following the instructions given below, with reference to Fig.M.
1. Press the rotation pedal to turn the wheel clockwise until the insert of the valve has reached the "1 o'clock"
position.
2. Release the arm using the pushbutton placed on the barrel handle until the 3° tripping and releasing arms.
3. Position the demount/mount arm on the outer edge of the rim pushing the pushbutton until the 1° tripping.
4. Lock it in position acting again the pushbutton until the 2° tripping.
5. Proceed with the operations, following the indications in chapter 4.7 starting from step 4.
