4. Operation

Ensure that the device is switched off prior to connecting the
power plug.
Switch the device on by pushing the switch to "Massage" or
"Massage with infrared heat". Regulate the intensity of the mas-
sage by using the regulator.
Use one or both hands to touch the device to the area of your
body that is to be massaged. You may sit, stand, or lie down and
massage yourself or another person. The intensity of the massage
can be changed by pushing on the massager with more or less
intensity. Do not massage any single body part for more than 3
minutes, at which time you should change to other body parts.
A massage should not last longer than 10 to 15 minutes.
The enclosed massage attachments can also be used as desired.
They are simply attached to the massage surface. To remove the
massage attachment, pull on the flap on the side.
