Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread
Mounting / dismounting parallel guide (see fig. 1)
• Loosen fixing screws 4 (see fig. 1.1).
• Install, remove or move parallel guide 28
• Tighten fixing screws 4 (see fig. 1.2).
Using guide rail (see fig. 2-3)
• Mount the power tool on the guide rail 29 (see
fig. 2.1).
• There are two grooves for power tool mounting
on the guide rail 29 on the base plate 24 Select the
groove for mounting depending on the type of cuts to
be made (vertical or inclined, see fig. 3).
• Rotate the eccentric screws 1 to adjust power tool
movement along the guide rail 29 (see fig. 2.2).
Replacement of the saw blade (see fig. 4-6, 9)
After prolonged operation, the saw blade
can become very hot, remove it using
gloves. This will also reduce the risk of
injury by the cutting edge.
• Set the maximum depth of cut (see fig. 9.1).
• Move the lock button 3 as shown in figure 9.2 and
lower the tool body down The bolt 14 shall be in front
of the hole on the side surface of the guard cover 7
(see fig. 4).
• Mount power tool on the side end of the motor as
shown in fig. 4.
• Press down spindle lock 21 and rotate saw blade 12
manually in order to lock it in a fixed position. While
pressing down spindle lock 21, unscrew bolt 14 with
the help of Allen key 27
• Remove from spindle 31: external flange 13, saw
blade 12, internal flange 30
• Clean all fixing elements with a soft brush and mount
on the spindle 31: internal flange 30, saw blade 12, ex-
ternal flange 13, screw in bolt 14 manually
Attention! observe the following rules during in-
stallation:
• follow the mounting sequence (see fig. 6);
• avoid bending during mounting;
• before mounting saw blade 12, make sure that the
mounting opening diameter fits the diameter of the
projected parts of internal flange 30;
• arrow direction marked on saw blade 12 should co-
incide with arrow direction on guard cover 7;
• mount external flange 13 with bevel edge out-
wards
• Press and hold spindle lock 21 and tighten bolt 14
with Allen key 27 Release spindle lock 21
Regulation of riving knife position (see fig. 7, 9)
It is necessary to check the correct position of the riving
knife 11 after each replacement of the saw blade 12
The riving knife 11 shall be mounted as follows:
• the distance between the riving knife 11 and the
teeth of the saw blade 12 shall not exceed 5 mm;
• the distance between the top of the lowest tooth
of the saw blade 12 and the lower point of the riving
knife 11 shall not exceed 5 mm
• Set the maximum depth of cut (see fig. 9.1).
• Move the lock button 3 as shown in figure 9.2 and
lower the tool body down The adjusting bolt 32 shall
be located opposite the hole on the side surface of the
guard cover 7 (see fig. 7.1).
• Loosen the bolt 32 with a Allen key 27
• Move the riving knife 11 to adjust the clearance be-
tween the riving knife 11 and the saw blade 12 (see
fig. 7.2). If it is impossible to make this adjustment (for
example, if the saw blade 12 is worn), use another saw
blade 12
• Tighten the bolt 32 with a Allen key 27
Regulation of body vertical position (see fig. 8-10)
• Loosen fixing screws 5 (see fig. 10.1).
• Install the body of the power tool vertically
• Tighten fixing screws 5
• Set the maximum depth of cut (see fig. 9.1).
• Move the lock button 3 as shown in figure 9.2 and
lower the tool body down
• Place the sides of an alignment setsquare 90° to
the surface of saw blade 12 and base plate 24 (see
fig. 8.1). If the setsquare sides join the surfaces of
saw blade 12 and base plate 24, tightly, then align-
ment is not needed, otherwise you have to ad-
just the position by screw 22 and lock-nut 23 (see
fig. 8.3).
• Loosen fixing screws 5
• Loosen lock-nut 23
• Turning the screw 22 in or out, make the sides of
the 90° setsquare join the surfaces of saw blade 12
and base plate 24 tightly
• Holding screw 22, tighten lock-nut 23
