1a Eyewash installation — S19-671HR
Disassemble Existing Eyewash
If the tank is pressurized, relieve the tank
A
pressure by pulling up on the relief valve
tab on the fill cover until pressure gauge
reads "0 ."
CAUTION: DO NOT open the cover or
remove the eyewash yoke assembly
until the pressure gauge reads "0."
Empty the tank of any

water and clean the tank .
Refer to "Clean Eyewash
Unit" on page 6 .

S19-671HR tank heater assembly for use with portable
pressurized eyewash models S19-670, S19-671 and
S19-672 only. When used in conjunction with
S19-671HR, it becomes model S19-671H.
Disconnect and remove the old
eyewash yoke (and old heater belt
B
and jacket, if previously installed) .
Disconnect drench hose (if equipped)
and discard .
Inspect the tank fitting to ensure
it is clean and undamaged.
