TIME COOK
1. Press TIME COOK.
2. Enter desired the cooking time on the number pad.
The maximum time allowed is 99 min. 99 sec.
3. Press POWER LEVEL.
4. Use the number pad to enter the power level
5. Touch START/+30SEC pad.
Note: During cooking, press the POWER LEVEL button to
show the current cooking power. If cooking is paused
due to opening the door, press START after the door is
closed to resume cooking.
MULTI-STAGE COOKING
Some recipes require different stages of cooking at
different temperatures.
1. Press TIME COOK.
2. Enter desired the cooking time on the number
pad.
3. To set a power other than 100%, Press POWER LEVEL.
4. Press TIME COOK.
5. Input the second stage microwave cooking program (power level and time).
6. Touch START/+30 SEC to start.
NOTE: The maximum time allowed is 99 min. 99 sec.
Auto-cook, defrost and Kids Meals cannot be set in a multi-stage program.
1LB DEFROST
In standby, press 1LB DEFROST pad once and the system will start defrosting automatically.
Use small smooth strips of aluminum foil to cover edges and thinner sections of the food.
TIME DEFROST
1. Press the TIME DEFROST button.
2. Enter the desired defrosting time on the number pad. The maximum cooking time you can set
is 99 minutes and 99 seconds).
3. Press the START / Add 30Sec button.
DEFROST BY WEIGHT
1. Press WEIGHT DEFROST.
2. Use the number pad to enter the food weight in ounces (Max weight is 96)
3. Press the START/+30 SEC button.
During the WEIGHT DEFROST program, the system will pause and beep to remind you to turn
the food over. After turning the food over, press the START/+30 SEC button to resume cooking.
