COOKING PLATE

REPLACING THE PILOT BURNER NOZZLE
N.B.: We advise to first remove the spark plug because it can easily break.
To change the pilot injector, you need to unscrew the nut (Fig. 6 position 7) with a size-10 spanner and replace the injector
(Fig. 6 position 6) with one corresponding to the gas type chosen and shown on Table II Injectors
REPLACING THE PILOT BURNER NOZZLE
Replace the burner nozzle (Fig. 6 position 1) with one corresponding with the gas type chosen and shown on Table II
Ignite the pilot burner (Fig. 6 position 5) bringing the knob Fig. 8 to position (
bringing the knob to position 8, loosen the screw (Fig. 6 position 2) and adjust the flame by acting on the adjusting gauge
(Fig. 6 position 3); for each gas type regulate the primary air (R.o.A.) of X mm (see Table II Injectors ).
REPLACING THE IDLE "BYPASS" SCREW
Replace the idle screw (Fig. 5 position 11) located on the thermostat, with one corresponding to the gas type selected and
following Table II Injectors Screw the idle bypass screw fully down.
After replacing the nozzles, apply on the existing label the one supplied with the machine indicating the new type of gas.
REPLACING THE IDLE SCREW; BYPASS
- Replace the minimum thermal capacity screw, bypass (Fig. 2 position 1)) with one corresponding to the gas type chosen,
and complying with Table II Injectors
- The thermal capacity in the minimum position should be approx. 30% of the nominal thermal capacity. When you turn the

Unscrew the nut with a size-10 spanner (Fig. 4 position 2) and remove the nozzle (Fig. 4 position 1). The nozzle is hooked to
the bicone (Fig. 4 position 3).
Replace the nozzle (Fig. 4 position 1) with one corresponding to the gas type chosen, according to Table II Injectors
Tighten the nut firmly with a size-10 spanner and check for gas leaks with bubble soap.

IGNITING THE PILOT BURNER (COOKTOP)
- To ignite the plaque pilot, press the knob (Fig. 7) turning it to the left to reach the symbol (
position, press the knob deeply down and ignite the pilot.
- Keep the knob pressed for approx. 20 seconds; when released, the pilot flame should stay on. Should it go off, repeat the
ignition operation.
- To ignite the burner, turn the knob to position (

IGNITING THE COOKING PLATE BURNERS
- To ignite the cooking plate pilot, press the knob (Fig. 8) and rotate it to the left to reach the symbol ( ); having reached
it, press the knob deeply down, at the same time pressing the piezoelectric ignition button; the button is located on the
dashguard. The pilot burner is visible through the peephole on the guard;
- Keep the knob pressed for approx. 20 seconds; on releasing it, the pilot flame should stay on. If the pilot goes off, repeat
the operation.
The unit should be checked at least twice a year. You must check the burners, the ignition, the interignition, the maximum
and minimum settings. Moreover, you should check the good functioning of the windscreen/draft hood (Type B II ) and the
air inlet.
To ignite and adjust the burner, turn the knob to the desired position, remembering that the following temperatures
correspond to the positions from 8 to 1:
POS. 8 = 260°C
POS. 7 = 235°C
POS. 6 = 210°C
POS. 5 = 185°C
