Fitting the side wheel (Fig.4)
WARNING. Fit the side wheel to the grass trimmer only when using the edging function.
To fit the side wheel follow the below instructions:
• Connect both side wheels with the fixing (21).
• Slide the construction on the holder (14) so that it locks in place.
Fitting the front handle (Fig.6)
To fit the front handle follow the below instructions:
• Put the front handle (8) on the clamping ring on the telescopic arm so that it locks in
place.
• Pass a screw through the mounting hole (hexagonal) and maximally tighten the knob (7)
on the other side.
Front handle adjustment (Fig.7)
It is possible to rotate and adjust tilt angle of the front handle.
• Loosen the knob (7).
• Lower or lift the front handle to the desired position.
• Rotate the handle to the desired position.
• When the front handle is set to the desired position, tighten the knob maximally.
Telescopic arm adjustment (Fig.10)
It is possible to adjust the length of the telescopic arm in range of 100 to 130 cm.
• Loosen the nut (9).
• Push the arm in or slide it out to the desired length.
• Maximally tighten the nut.
Trimmer head adjustment
It is possible to rotate (up to 90°) and adjust tilt angle (5 levels) of the trimmer head.
• Slide the lock (11) down and holding it in that position rotate the head.
• When the head is set to the desired position, release the lock- the head will lock in
place.
• Push in the button (12) and at the same time lift or lower the head.
• When the head is set to the desired position release the button- the head will lock in
place.
Wire guard adjustment (Fig.3)
Wire guard (16) allows to keep a safe distance to the obstacles that the cutting head could
hit. Pull the wire guard or push it in to the desired distance.
