Note 1
: Restart times.
Times can be set from 0 (zero) to 250
minutes. If 0 (zero) is selected, the count
does not start.
Example: parameter 06 (third restart time) is set
on 0 (zero). In this case, the first two restarts take
place and when the pump stops for the third
time, the count does not start and the message
NO WATER-BLOCK RESTARTS appears.
Note 2
: voltages
To set the minimum and maximum alarm
voltage, check the voltage and relevant
tolerance on the motor nameplate.
If the pump is fitted to a Eurovoltage motor 230
V ±10%, 207 V can be entered at parameter 09
and 253 V at parameter 10.
When the power line voltage exceeds the set
minimum or maximum values for 10 seconds, the
pump stops.
When the power voltage returns within the set
limits, the pump restarts after 10 seconds.
3.1.3. Function and alarm
messages
- PUMP AUTOMATIC. The pump is on automatic
functions.
- PUMP STOP. The pump has stopped.
- PUMP OVERLOAD. Pump stopped. Excessive
current intake.
- NO AIR IN THE TANK. Pump stopped. Working
times too short due to the reduced air cushion in
the tank.
- PUMP DISCONNECTED. Pump stopped. No
current intake is detected.
- CURRENT SETTING ERROR. Pump stopped.
The system detects an intake current below 50%
of the set level. The current set in parameter 02
is too high with respect to the motor current.
- WRONG PF READING. The PF reading system
is faulty. The pump stops.
- MAINS UNDERVOLTAGE. Pump stopped. The
line voltage is lower than the value set in
parameter 09.
10
- MAINS OVERVOLTAGE. Pump stopped. The
line voltage is higher than the value set in
parameter 10.
- 1st NO WATER.
RESTART IN xxx'. Shows the first stop due to
lack of water and the time delay before the pump
restarts.
- 2nd NO WATER.
RESTART IN xxx'. (As above).
- 3rd NO WATER.
RESTART IN xxx'. (As above).
- 4th NO WATER.
RESTART IN xxx'. (As above).
- PUMP STARTING. Signals the pump has started
after the restart delay time.
- NO WATER-BLOCK ATTEMPTS. Final pump
halt due to lack of water.
- NO WATER IN MANUAL OPERATION This
message appears when the
pushbutton is pressed and the pump has
stopped due to lack of water and the timer is
counting the time for the next restart.
If the
RESET pushbutton is pressed
during the counting time for the next
restart, the count is stopped and the lack
of water alarms are reset. The pump restarts.

4. Installation

The electric control panel must be fastened by
using the relevant holes on the back.
During installation do not damage the electronic
cards and the other electrical components found
inside of the box.
To facilitate the installation of the control
unit on the wall, disconnect the flat cable
of the main card and remove the cover.
After having set out the control unit and
connected the cables to the terminal
board, reconnect the flat cable and
secure the cover.
Provide for enough space all around the control
panel for natural cooling.
Do not install the control panel in places exposed
to direct sunlight or near sources of heat.
