Before starting the assembly, make sure that you have all the necessary parts by taking an inventory starting from
the parts list provided on page 9.
• Installation on concrete slab is mandatory and imperative for warranty validation. Thickness: 20 cm minimum.
Make sure that the slab is perfectly flat, smooth and level.
• Align the pool so as to position the entrance of the skimmer(s) facing the prevailing winds in order to optimise the evacuation of
surface particles.
SUMMARY:
– Wall assembly
– Installation of reinforcements and brackets
– Preparation of the walls
– Felt and liner installation
– Nozzles and skimmer cutting
– Fir coping installation
– Ladders
2a – Position the horizontal reinforcements flush with the upper edge outside the structure. Level and screw in from inside the pool until the screw heads are drowned.
2b – Pre-drill 3 holes diameter 6 mm (on the corners).
2c – Enlarge the holes to a depth of 45 mm using a 12 mm diameter flat drill bit and screw in using 3 6x90 screws.
2d – Pre-drill 3 holes of diameter 6 mm and screw to the junctions using 3 screws 6x90.
2e – Position the brackets in the up-down direction, draw their positions, drill and screw until the screw heads are drowned.
2f – Screw the horizontal reinforcement with the brackets.
3a – Screw the skimmer vent into the upper beam using 2 round head screws to be removed from the screw bag provided in the skimmer box.
3b – Install the skimmer square outer seal and the skimmer body.
3c – Fix the assembly with the 8 round head screws to be removed from the screw bag provided in the skimmer box, tightening effectively for a good seal. (Screw in by hand)
3d – Seals. Place a rectangular joint on the skimmer frame, making sure it adheres well. At the outlet, place the cork seal (A) in contact with the wall and then superimpose one of the
2 white round joints (B) making sure that they adhere well
3e – Drill the rails to size (3 cm from the ends and then every 20 cm approximately).
3f – Screw the first liner rail with 4x40 stainless steel screws.
3g – At the corners, partially cut the rail into «V» shapes so that the profile can be bent. Screw on both sides of the corner at 3 cm and then screw all the rails together.
First of all, carefully clean the concrete slab and remove shards or splinters from the walls with abrasive paper in order to
make all supports clean and smooth.
4a – Install the protective felt for the floor.
4b – Cut the protective felt with a cutter or a pair of scissors.
4c – Place the liner in place at an outside temperature between 20 and 25°C.
4d – Match the corners of the liner with the bottom corners of the pool.
4e – Hang the liner in the lip of the rail.
4f – Stretch the liner to the maximum.
4g – Put in 2 cm of water.
4h – Remove the remaining folds and resubmerge up to 5 cm below the discharge nozzle.
5a – Stop immersion beneath the nozzle.
5b – Position the discharge nozzle from inside the pool.
5c – Cut the liner at the nozzle, leaving a gap of around 2 mm. Insert the white gasket B and the discharge nozzle.
5d – Tighten the outer nut of the nozzle sufficiently to ensure tightness by means, if necessary, of the tip mentioned in the diagram.
5e – Cover the threaded part of the end cap with Teflon tape in a counter-clockwise direction. Minimum 20 revolutions. Screw the end cap to the outlet. Install one of the 4 m discharge
pipes and fix it with a metal clamp. Place the other end of the pipe in the pool and refill up to 5 cm below the skimmer.
5f – After covering the Teflon threaded part, screw the threaded stop valve into the skimmer body. Close the valve. Cover the threaded part of the nozzle with the Teflon tape counter-
clockwise. Minimum 20 revolutions. Screw the end cap to the valve.
5g – Mark the location of the skimmer joint.
5h – Install the gasket and skimmer frame.
5i – Screw the skimmer assembly together using the 18 flat head screws to be removed from the screw bag provided in the skimmer box.
5j – Cut the liner inside the skimmer frame. Finally, place the flange cover by clipping it into place.
5k – Correct water level at mid-height of the skimmer.
The coping is a finishing element. It is strictly forbidden to walk, run or sit on it. Not under warranty: colour changes, deformations
(cracks, fissures, crevices, splits, knots or splinters) natural or resulting from improper installation
6a – Pre-drill the inner coping stones approximately every 70 cm and screw them in. Start at least 3 cm from the ends.
6b – Pre-drill the outer edges.
6c – Screw in the outer coping stones.
7a – Position the stainless steel ladder in a free position with brackets, screws....
7b – Mark the circumference of the stainless steel tubes with a pencil
7c – Drill the coping and reinforcement with a 50 mm diameter hole saw. Identify the location of the bracket fixing screws and drill holes.
7d – Place the bracket in the hole and secure with two 6x60 screws.
7e – Position the wooden ladder against the horizontal reinforcement below the coping.
7f – Locate and drill the holes.
7g – Mark the locations of each bolt on each of the rungs and drill holes to lock the ladder.
1a – Place the wooden posts in the metal bases. There are short (PS1) and long (PS2) metal bases, make sure that that they are
put in the right positions!
1b – Retrofit the first row of beams. The tabs are designed to correctly align the beams; when they are being interlocked, their
absence or small size breaks do not in any way affect the mechanical resistance of the wood, or its resistance to the solidity
and assembly of the pool.
1c – Secure these beams in place using the metal studs (corner and right). Fasten with the bottom bolt 12x160 loosely. Position
all the bolts of the J and K bag: 12 x 160 for the metal bases and 12 x 120 in the upper part of the posts.
1d – Nest all the beams using the martyr piece provided for this purpose. Position the delivery beam (MR) in 7th row, facing the
skimmer.
1e – Check the alignment of the shoes (chalk line) and diagonals (10 m tape); A = B
1f – Tighten all bolts on all posts.
1g – Drill the central hole (diam. 8 mm), strike the first anchor pin 8 x 90 and tighten. Drill the remaining holes (diam. 20 mm),
strike the 20 x 160 anchor bolts and tighten. Repeat the operation on each base.
1h – Prepare the drilling of the upper beams, respecting the dimensions.
1i – Nail the finishing boards to the posts. Do the same for RC-1 and RC-2 wood flooring.
